A batch of corrections from checking the app's figures against their sources. None needs any action from you; the figures recalculate on their own.
Who earns a dividend
A dividend goes to the shares you held at the close of the day before the ex-dividend date. The app counted a share bought on the ex-date, which misses that dividend, and left out one sold on the ex-date, which still gets it. Both now follow the real rule. Australian and New Zealand ex-dates, which were showing a day early, are read in the exchange's own time.
Saving a holding no longer books an unpaid dividend
The next declared dividend appears in a stock's dividend list before it has been paid. Saving a holding could record it as received. It no longer does.
London price history
For about a month, stored price history for many London-listed shares was scaled at a hundredth of its true size, which could distort price charts and the moves measured from them. History is now checked against the current price so pence and pounds can't drift apart.
Stock detail labels
"Volatility" is now labelled Beta, because it always was Yahoo's beta, and a missing one reads N/A rather than 0. "Div Yield TTM" is now "Div Yield (Fwd)", since it looks forward. ROIC and ROCE are calculated from the annual figures and say so. The Financials table's columns read "Cost of sales" and "Gross profit", and the dividend chart's title now says "Dividend per share, last 30 payments" instead of claiming five years.
Annual Dividend is trailing, not forecast
The glossary described Annual Dividend as a forward projection. It is the dividends recorded over the last twelve months, and now says so.
